Back in the groove...

I can't believe it's 2019, and my how it started with a bang!  Being named one of Charlotte's Best Interior Designers by Charlotte Agenda was a huge honor and got me really pumped for what this year will bring.  Better Homes and Gardens posted a shot of our house a few days later on Instagram, with our adorable Frenchie Tessa, could it get any better?  

It's been a long time since I've blogged, but I always enjoyed it.  With any new year, I look at what I want to achieve, so I've decided to tackle a few things professionally.  I want to start blogging again and sharing the process with you; return to sharing my design boards and of course reveal photos, but one of my main goals is the finally become a Registered Architect.  I started the process years ago, before having children, and since the state of North Carolina requires a license for anything dealing with architecture, I want to tackle the ARE once and for all!  I already have the knowledge, and now I can offer this service to my clients in addition to Interior Design.  It won't be easy, but I plan to blog about the journey, the ups and downs (hoping there aren't many downs) as I prepare for all SIX exams.  I hope you'll be here for support, I would greatly appreciate some prayers too.
