On the Boards! Plaza Midwood Bungalow

Today I'm sharing another project that's in the works, and this one is full of personality and COLOR! The house is new construction, with some interesting features, but bathed in gray (see the before pictures when the house was staged).  It won't be for long, check out my plans to remove the "builder boring" from these rooms.

My plans include a rich indigo paint for the walls and trim, new flush mount lighting, furniture, and custom window panels with dramatic chunky blush tassel trim.

My plans include lacquering the ceiling in hi-gloss mulberry, painting the feature wall to match the adjacent walls, a new lucite and brass chandelier, and new furniture and custom window panels.

The powder room is getting some love with this fabulous Lindsay Cowels wallpaper.

​Even the stairs are getting dressed up with a new runner.
